Paula Patton, an American actor and producer, is recognized for her performances as the lead character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol (an action-spy thriller) and Precious (a drama). Her early years were located in Los Angeles where she came from a middle class family. Her mother was a movie lover and encouraged her to love films when she was a kid. Paula took part in the co-curricular programs at her school, and was a drama enthusiast. Paula was a fantastic actress and enjoyed performing with her fellow students. She performed in numerous productions at her high school Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to pursue acting as a career. She was in at the University of Southern Cal's Summer program and enjoyed the experience to death. She was assigned a 3 month project to create documentary films for PBS. After completing the project with success, she began working as an assistant in television documentary production. Her next step was to begin producing documentaries. Her work was rewarding, but she still wanted to pursue a career as an actor. The romantic comedies Hitch she starred in a minor part alongside Will Smith. In the years since, she has played in many famous television and film productions.
