Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actress, director, producer, playwright and educator in St. Thomas University. Her father is from Britain and her mother is the "Turkish ex-pat from Cyprus who is now living in England." Anna's earliest memories of attending rehearsals for play as well as watching her mother's her job. Early on Anna was a part of a variety of commercials on television. In the month of November, 1999 Anna made the move to Toronto in order to further develop her acting career. She eventually making the move in Los Angeles, California, within the next decade.
