
In his third album that is not yet released nearly complete, Ky-mani certainly is a superstar in his own right. Ky-mani was born in Falmouth, Jamaica, to Robert Nesta Marley, a legend, and Jamaican champion in table tennis, Anita Belnavis. Ky-mani is an East African term meaning adventurous journeyer. And as someone who lives according to his title Every album or journey will be an exciting one. The Journey, his musical journey began in 1999. He was an eclectic musician with a passion for music and was searching for his unique musical style. The year 2001 saw the release of Many More Roads (Grammy-nominated) was a "traditional" reggae album , was released , revealing a mature Ky-mani. Many More Roads, as along with The Journey was well-received around the world and established Ky-mani in her role of self-made "artist". Ky-Mani's music is a blend of reggae with roots that is infused and hip-hop R&B as well as contemporary jazz.
